Spent almost the entire day trying to integrate a simple function, and now I’m beat. Integration is one of my weakest point’s in math, and this final is all about integration. Will have to hit both the books and the internet (where I found the hint that I needed to solve the equation that I was stuck on).

Tomorrow is a fun day early math lecture and in the afternoon I need to clean out the lab. Had hoped that this could wait until my last final on the 16th, but there you go. The most enjoyable part today was when I could remeniss about the CD reader that I got delivered. It’s an old 4x (quad speed) CD driver from the very first computer that my mother bough for me and the family. It was in 1996 and the computer in question was a 486 DX2 66MHz. So this CD reader is more than 10 years old, and yet it’s more durable (meaning it still works) than any other optical drive that I have had contact with…
